Synchronization panels are designed for commercial and industrial environments where reliable, high-capacity power supplies are needed from multiple generator sets. Their primary role is to allow several engine generators to work together and deliver synchronized power to a facility, especially during utilities failures.

When the main supply is interrupted, the panel operates on automatic mains failure (AMF). After an adjustable delay, all generator sets start up together and proceed through a warm-up period. The panel uses motorized breakers or contactors to synchronize each generator’s voltage, frequency, and phase onto a common busbar. When the synchronization is complete, a motorized changeover switch connects the synchronized load to the main distribution box, ensuring a smooth transfer of power.

Synchronization panels guarantee continuity of supply, precise load sharing, and system stability. They feature advanced controls for automated sequencing and can be customized per site requirements. Common applications include manufacturing plants, hospitals, and large commercial complexes, where operational integrity and uninterrupted power are critical.
